The Xerox iGen3 90 Digital Production Press - a 90-ppm model – has the capability to deliver extremely high quality litho-output print on various applications. Ball Media is giving their partners the power to say "yes" to more clients and options than ever before ... a key element to success in the print industry.

Now short runs don't have to be so short - fast turn around even faster. Every piece can be customized and personalized. Combine award winning color and black and white with brilliant graphic arts to produce your books, brochures, direct mail, personal communications, inserts, indoor and outdoor banners and large posters.

The iGen3 is a four color dry-ink printer that uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to generate print output. However, the iGen3 has the unparalleled ability to produce prints that in traditional offset printing would be considered 7, 8, 10, 12, or more colors. We have the ability as well to mix paper stocks in a single press run without a drop in productivity, even if each page has different graphics, text, or pictures.

With our Xerox iGen3 printing solution, every page can be customized and personalized. You can customize your print with data captured from web sites, CRM databases, images and more. The iGen3 offers printing on wide array of media such as coated, uncoated, smooth, textured and more.

Color-Span 54” Large Format Print 6 colour Printer

We have recently installed a 54” 6 color UV Large Format printer that is a hybrid (flat bed/roll fed) and can accommodate a wide variety of Substrates such as:

  • Paper, vinyl, foam core, and almost any rigid material
  • 54 inch output ideal for banners, posters and store POP materials
